The Snail’s Mail – Terms & Conditions
Monthly orders
The Snail’s Mail is a monthly garden-themed post club. Orders placed on or before the 1st of the month will be for that month’s edition. Orders placed after the 1st will be for the following month’s edition.
Dispatch
Each monthly edition is prepared with care and posted by the 10th of the relevant month. Delivery times may vary depending on the postal service.
Previous editions
Missed a month? Previous editions may be available to purchase separately in the Zippy Doodle Designs shop, subject to availability.
Product contents
Each edition may include illustrated prints, stickers, a personal letter and an inspiration card. Contents and designs may vary from month to month. Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the items received.
Orders and delivery
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Zippy Doodle Designs cannot be responsible for delays caused by the postal service, but please get in touch if your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms. If you wish to cancel an order or have an issue with your purchase, please contact Zippy Doodle Designs at zippydoodledesigns@yahoo.com. Any applicable cancellation, return and refund rights will be honoured in accordance with UK consumer law.
